Maggie rolled out of bed and stood in the morning light; she stretched and took a quick glance at the window to see what kind of day it would be like.
The Sun hadn't peaked over the horizon and there seemed to be a clear sky.
She thought she was going to have a Mary Poppins moment when she noticed a robin sitting on the branch outside her window. Though before a song could escape her lips the bird took flight.
She exited her bedroom and onto a subway platform.
"Oh boy," she muttered to herself. She could hear the train approaching and she was standing in a nightshirt.
"Must be a major shift about to happen."
The train approached and stopped and Maggie got onto the last car.
"No time to explain," Bishop told her. "Just have to make sure that I get to Max in time."
